MrUltimateShop, MrSellChests, MrUltimateFishing, MrAuctionsBid, MrJoinMessages, MrCommunityQuest, MrUltimateJobs, MrUltimateHoppers, MrVoteTrain, MrUltimateElectric, MrLibCore

1. Grant of License

MrNeznamy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use "MrUltimateShop, MrSellChests, MrUltimateFishing, MrAuctionsBid, MrJoinMessages, MrCommunityQuest, MrUltimateJobs, MrUltimateHoppers, MrVoteTrain, MrUltimateElectric, MrLibCore" in their original form on an unlimited number of Minecraft servers.

2. Permitted Use

2.1 Use the plugins on any number of servers you own or operate.

2.2 Share the original, unmodified files for free, provided you:

• (a) keep this EULA and copyright notice intact, and
• (b) credit "MrNeznamy" as the author, and
• (c) do not charge any fee.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may NOT:

• 3.1 Claim authorship, rebrand, or publish the plugins under a different name.
• 3.2 Sell, rent, or monetize access to the plugins (including paywalled downloads).
• 3.3 Modify, translate, create derivative works, or distribute forks without prior written permission from MrNeznamy.
• 3.4 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• 3.5 Circumvent or remove any technical protection or attribution.

4. Ownership

The plugins are licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with MrNeznamy.

5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MrNeznamy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGINS.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the plugins and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Updates & Changes

MrNeznamy may update this EULA at any time by publishing a new version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

If not otherwise required by your local mandatory law, this EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the author's country of residence, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
